Where is the pickup and drop-off point?

For most major venues, we utilize the designated commercial shuttle drop-off zones. This typically puts your group much closer to the entrance than general parking, saving you a long walk.

Can we leave our gear (coolers, chairs) on the bus?

Absolutely. One of the biggest perks of a private charter is having a secure place to store your belongings. You can leave your coolers and extra gear on the vehicle while you enjoy the show, and they’ll be waiting for you the moment you exit.

What if the concert runs late or there is an encore?

We stay flexible. Our drivers monitor the event’s progress and stay in communication with your group leader. We don’t leave until your party is accounted for and ready to head home.

Are we allowed to bring drinks and snacks on board?

Yes! We want the party to start the moment you step on board. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments. We just ask that you help us keep the fleet pristine for the next group.

How does the pricing work for multi-day festivals?

We offer custom packages for multi-day events. Whether you need a daily shuttle back to your hotel or a one-time drop-off and pickup for the weekend, we can tailor a quote to fit your itinerary.
